It doesn’t get more personal than that! Using Kobo Arc’s front-facing camera, the advanced facial recognition software registers your face during setup and can recognize it every time you unlock your device. Just hold your Kobo Arc in front of your face, look into the camera, and your Kobo Arc will be unlocked. And, of course, you can always use a backup PIN or pattern if you prefer.
