    Love, Love, Loved It!

Another hit from Emily March. This book has what all the Eternity Springs stories do. It makes you laugh and cry, feel frustration with at least one character and feel for the struggles all the characters go through. And of course, Celeste’s wisdom shines through. Loved it and highly recommend.

    Fantastic

Loved, loved, loved this book! I so wish Eternity Springs was a real place. I would move there in a quick minute. After 14 books you might think this series would be going stale but I find the opposite to be true. Each story feels fresh and unique while also making you feel like you've gone home again, catching up with old friends, and meeting new people. Don't be afraid to jump into this series at any point. Each story is free standing and you'll never feel lost or confused. In this book we meet Josh Tarkington. He's new to Eternity Springs but already it feels like a great place for a new beginning. Josh is just trying to lay low and hopefully keep his bad luck from affecting any one else. He finds that hard to do after getting stuck in a Gondola with Caitlyn Timberlake. She's in his head and has him dreaming of more. Then Caitlyn moves back to Eternity Springs leaving her career behind her and starting her dream of opening a day care facility. Hopefully along the way she will catch the eye and heart of Josh Tarkington. Will his bad luck and past keep them from having the future they both dream of?? Put this one on the must read list. I highly recommend it.

    Another wonderful Eternity Springs book!

This small-town romance tackles some big issues…but once again Eternity Springs works its magic to keep the hope of love alive. Josh has had to deal with so much in his life. You would think that someone with his background would have an easy life, but instead his is one of darkness and secrets…and has him convinced that bad luck follows him everywhere he goes – so much so he won’t even consider opening his heart to someone and dragging them into the “quagmire of misfortune and bad luck that sucked at his shoes wherever he went.” Caitlin has decided to come home and follow her dream of opening her own business. Even though she knows she will have to face disappointment from her parents, she misses Eternity Springs and knows that the path to her happiness is returning home. When she meets Josh in Colorado at a wedding and finds out he lives in Eternity Springs, she also gets the feeling that he may be part of that path. From the first moment Josh and Caitlin lock eyes, you can feel the heat between these two. I never doubted the connection these two had, but some of their story was a bit dark and dealt with some serious and troubling issues. Josh’s past has come to rule his present, and although Caitlin has worked her way into his life, he can’t move forward until he comes to terms with his issues. This love story is not one for the faint of heart, but seeing these two finally come together was so satisfying. There was a lot going on with Josh’s past and at times it seemed to slow the story down, but the end result was worth it all. As usual in Eternity Springs, the town and its residents play a big part in this story. And my favorite, Celeste, was full of good advice and introspect. Emily March has crafted such an endearing small town in Eternity Springs, one that makes me wish I could find it on a map so I could move there. Although there was a bit of darker material in this book, the hope and magic of the town were there to help Josh and Caitlin find the happy ever after. Another wonderful read!

    The First Kiss of Spring

I enjoy reading Emily's books. I like this series. I had to put tissues near by! Caitlin is coming home. She has to gather her family. She will quit her job in NYC and come home to open a daycare for children. On the way she runs into Josh Tarkington and his paralyzed dog, Penny Copper. Caitlin talks about what she wants to work. Ali and Mac are her parents and Mac just quits to like Josh. Caitlin has called for Josh but he had a tornado destroy his fiance and daughter. He refuses to marry! Josh had a rotten childhood. His family is an actor he finds sex, alcohol and drugs. Now Cailin has another problem. Mac is having muscles problems. You need to read to the end to see how this finishes. Check out this book! You won't regret it! Enjoy reading this book! I recommend you to read this book!

First Kiss of Spring by Emily March

The First Kiss of Spring by Emily March Contemporary small town romance. 14th in the series. Can be read on its own. These stories are always heart fulfilling. Emily March is a master storyteller. I worried in the beginning. Here was the intro to the hero. “The hot blonde went gooey. They always did. It was one of the perks of owning a dog with a broken back.” Ok, instant turn off. But Caitlin recognized his line of BS quickly and the conversation turned genuine. Later: I felt so bad for him, trying to avoid the pain pills on his own. Would sharing have helped? Caitlin wouldn’t have left the pills in the medicine cabinet if she knew. I know he doesn’t trust doctors, but aren’t there better options every year? The supporting hand came from a surprising person. It was touching. Canned dog food Saturday. Hahaha. My sister does that with her dog too. An adorable phrase: “A flower bomb had gone off in her hallway.” Loved it. Will always prioritize Emily March and a new release. Feel good romance. I received a copy of this book from NetGalley. I also purchased a paperback copy.
