  • Eloquent Rage questioned my beliefs in the best way.

A great way into understanding the lived experience of black women and a feminist's perspective. Brittney Cooper doesn't profess to have all the answers but she clearly outlines the problems and social structures that set up the dichotomies women, feminists, black women, black men, and the patriarchal society as a whole have struggled with. An eye-opener for this feminist to a whole other level. Highly recommend.
