  • Memories of Salisbury

A weird story which resolves too late for my liking. Narration is good. Certainly took me back to my youth when I lived in Married Quarters at RAF Boscombe Down. My brother attended Bishop's on Wordsworth school and was taught English by William Golding. Stonehenge was a children's playground - I was sacrificed on the altar stone many times - I can attest it is almost impossible to scratch your name on the stones! The swimming pool in the park was very cold - the market was throbbing with life and Burton's sold me an Harris Tweed jacket on Hire Purchase.

    Thanks for your feedback!
