  • Major improvement opportunity!!

    Before reading this book, I was a somewhat negative person when it came to getting people to enjoy my company. There would be moment when I was very attractive with my personality but something was always off, I soon realized that my way of gaining a new friend wasn’t the most efficient, I would’nt praise as much but as described in this book, that is the most important tool to being that lovable person everyone wants around. I started applying these 9 principles immediately and the outcome was great! My cowokers, friends, family(still getting around to it) were happier and more willing to do make a change in the better direction. Amazing read.

    Using examples of history, business, and everyday accounts, this book relays principles for respecting and encouraging discretionary effort from all around us. It is a clear example for any leader that being human counts most to others. With deliberation and reverence all situations can have "win-win" outcomes.
