  • Mind opening

I never realized that generational trauma and transgenerational trauma causes such issues throughout the generations. Makes me understand my life so much more and now things I've experienced are starting to make more sense

  • Good but white

It was helpful and enlightening. It opened my eyes on family patterns and my relationship with my parents. But it is very white-centric, which was triggering and annoying at some point. It does not cover important racial and class issues in depth or at all. It is interesting, but can be a lot better and more inclusive.

    Thanks for your feedback!
