    A poly amorous romance

Krista Wolf, ‘Quadruple Duty’, All or Nothing. (A military harem reversal romance). As an Hidden Gems ARC reader I received this book for free. And promised an honest review. Here it is. English isn’t my first language. Sorry for errors. Rating: 3,5 stars (of 5). In general: A poly amorous romance. Main characters: - Sammara. Owner of Universal Design, a successful firm, specialised in restoring old buildings - Kyle, Jason, Dakota and Ryan. Four Army Rangers who became soul mates in the army. Three years ago they placed an ad, asking for a ‘community girlfriend’. Long term only. And Sammara had tried it and fell in love with each of them. Then the author Krista Wolfs describes an holiday with all of them on Bora Bora three years after Sammara’s first meeting with one of her Rangers. She sketches the development of the romance with her 4 soldiers. The getting used to their dangerous deployments, the discovering of the individual personalities and falling in love with each of them during one-on-one trips: all different persons but all gorgeous looking and caring for her. (I get a bit tired of women becoming immediately very wet only by looking at a gorgeous man, but okay, it’s a part of the genre). And now they are all at the same resort and together they ask her - in a very romantic way - to marry them. Of course she agrees. But it’s complicated: she wants children but in spite of many hot sex sessions with 4 men she cannot become pregnant, the legacy of a marriage with 4 men is a problem, the acceptance of the marriage by some (older, conservative) family or friends is difficult and the dangerous deployments are often a source of fear even during the period of preparations for the marriage. All in all Krista Wolfs creates a nice story with hot sex scenes and military actions with a lot of suspense in which even Krista herself gets involved. And of course a HEA. Not the most original or realistic plot I ever read, but still a pleasure to empathize for a moment in such a romance.
