  • Fascinating, meaningful and useful

    I have three copies of this book and continually give them out again when they come back. Fascinating, meaningful, useful and impact full. Walker's passion and expertise is infectious and accessible. Full of examples that motivate me take the do and don'ts on board and actually practice them. After a few months of prioritising and optimising my sleep the difference is amazing I found I felt like I had a brand new brain. I re read/listen often. Reviewing now because I've let the good sleep habits slide and noticing my experience of life and my health is worse for it and about to give it another listen to get back on track

  • Very informative

    Very informative, really changed my outlook on the importance of sleep and I learnt a lot. It's very scientific and therefore maybe not a book that you need to read front to back but as and when. Would have preferred more chapters on dreaming, but that is just personal preference.

  • Well worth a listen/read

    A wake up call to how sleep deprived we are and the consequences of it. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I feel motivated to increase my sleep quality and quantity. I particularly liked the narrator. He has a very pleasant voice.
