    Realistic

    Harris gives you an honest view on medication. He talks about all the benefits, but also mentioned all the struggles he faced. If you are done reading you want to start meditating even if you know that it is going to be hard.

    Not what i expected

    Seemed hard going, going over the writers ups and downs without actually giving any factually basis for helping you to be 10% happier, sorry think I was expecting a lot more from the book than I actually got, great insight to one pesrons life, meditation is a great thing but I knew this before reading so didn't give me anything new sorry
