    Persistence!

I accidentally purchased this book a second time. Fortunately it was long enough ago that I couldn’t remember the details and so just read it again. I felt Casey’s pain and frustration as she and her family struggle with this most difficult of foster children. The only way to keep going was to constantly be reminded of the inhumane early childhood this young boy came from. Is there hope for kids from these situations? Thankfully, because of people like Casey, there is.
