  • A Legacy of Spies

Yet another superb novel from the pen of John le Carre. This, a look back through the years to George Smiley and the Circus. Done through the ageing eyes of Peter Guillam former spy, friend and colleague of the indefatigable Smiley. A book I will long remember.

  • Perfect

I wasn’t sure how le Carre could complete George Smiley’s story be he has and it’s perfect. Brilliant writing.

  • If you like le Carre you will like this .

Well written and involving . It helps to have read " The Spy who came in from the Cold ", and to have seen the film with Richard Burton. Not le Carre's best book but if you are already hooked , a great read .

  • Een echte Carré

In één adem uitgelezen. Het is leuker als je zijn vorige boeken ook gelezen hebt en de personen uit het verleden kent.

  • The Legacy of Spies

Better than his last novel Ties in well with The Spy who came out of the cold. Knowledge of TSWCOOTC is desirable but then again The whole of The Smiley novels are referred to and these are a whole saga of the Secret word of Espionage

    Thanks for your feedback!
