    Afghan heat

Great read. Easy to follow. Nice explanations of events. A real perspective of the action of SF in Afghanistan.

    Great read

Well written and entertaining insight into our Special Forces in Afghanistan. Found it a fascinating read with many interesting facts slotted round a fast paced action story. Worth a read.

Afghan Heat: SAS Operations in Afgha

True history. Many stories of unconnected operations carried out by the SAS. Hard to read with many errors in proof reading and editing.

Proof that proof reading is essential

This book could have been so much better but grammer and punctuation was poor, paragraph construction was disappointing and there was no flow to the story/narrative.

    Quick point

Liked the book as a quick read to cover SAS ops over a couple of years from the soldiers perspective and not even going into the'head shed' stuff. Camp Bastion got its name from the emblem of 62 Wks Gp RE, not from hesco, just a quick point.
