  • A must read

This book is definitely, without a doubt, worth 5 stars. Veronica Roth has captured her audience completely in this book and that right there is a sign of a great author. Regardless of whether you agree with how the book ended (I was numb for quite a while afterwards), it was a fitting end to the trilogy. Throughout the whole series Tris was abnegation through and through, no matter how hard she tried to be dauntless. I commend Veronica Roth on her trilogy, for having the guts to stick to her vision for the Divergent series. It was awesome.

  • Great Trilogy!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Divergent and Insurgent I couldn't put the book down and gobbled through both books. As for Allegiant, I felt that Tris and Four had suffered enough during the whole series, they both deserved to be happy. You know. I think they earned the right. Tris was so selfless right to the very end. It was gut wrenching to find out that the actually died. I had to keep reading, hoping that she was just unconscious and that she would come to when she heard Four's voice when he returns. She had special genes.....she should have lived to spread her genes through to the next generations with Four. I rated this book at four as a tribute to the suffering and eventual success of Four to finally come to terms with himself and his "non-Divergence" but because of the too sad ending. I was numb for hours after reading that chapter and had to put the book down and grieve for Four. Once the tears had subsided I was able to continue reading. I would have giving the book, and the series a five but for the ending. That does not reflect on the writer or her skills to play our emotions the way she does, she is a Master of emotional manipulation, it is just my own selfish desire to see Tris and Four have a happy ending. Thanks for the ride Veronica. Oh and will there be another trilogy following on from this one, covering Four and his new partner, and their Children the next generation, and the attempt of the Fringe Dwellers to overpower the new system. Just a few ideas for you to mull over.

  • Disappointed

Love the first and the second book but not the third one. The storyline is a bit messy and rushed. The writer just throw up everything in to make interesting but it doesn't make any sense at all..

    Thanks for your feedback!
