  • Good Conclusion to the Series

This is the third in the Cameron family Civil War trilogy, and Heather Graham delivered what’s expected from a historical romance, especially one written in 1992. Lots of miscommunication, lots of smoldering passion, lots of denial of said passion. There was adventure as the hero & heroine traveled west, and there was a mystery that had an unexpected twist. And I enjoyed it all. It wasn’t my favorite in the series, the heroine, who'd done such a good job of donning her big girl panties during the war, somehow had a hard time managing to control her bitterness afterwards. But still, overall it was a good conclusion to this trilogy. Thanks to Netgalley and Random House Publishing Group/Loveswept who provided a copy for an unbiased review.

    Thanks for your feedback!
