  • I have a lot of mixed feelings on this volume.

I have a lot of mixed feelings on this volume. I skimmed over it a second time just to make sure I felt the way I did because I have LOVED this series so much, but this volume really made me upset. SPOILERS AHEAD So I strongly disagree with Momo. I don't like how he handled the situation and how he broke up with Nino followed by saying come chase after me. Yes, I did reread it and he said he would chase after her too, but I felt he wanted her to chase him after she felt ready. Dude, no. She has chased after you for almost the whole series. I get that singing is extremely important to Nino, but she made a choice and she chose Momo. I think it was unfair for him to rip that decision from her, regardless if she sang the best she ever has after he broke up with her. I just felt it was extremely unfair and my heart broke for Nino even more then it already has because it's like her choice wasn't respected, whether it was the "right" one or not. SPOILERS OVER So, because of that I didn't feel my whole heart was in it for the rest of the volume. I did like that at least SOMEONE is looking like they are healing and moving forward. That was a good chapter and really wish I could have appreciated it more. I did love the chapter involving Haruyoshi! He is hands down my favorite and really loved the conversation that him and Yuzu have. (Later on on that moment between Haruyoshi and Miou had was everything! SQUEALS!) Yuzu is still the man and admire him so much! The ending chapter with Momo was such an unexpected one. I'm not sure how I felt about everything that happened because it wasn't something I was prepared for. Overall, after writing all this, it wasn't a "bad" volume. There were quite a few parts I did like, but I would still say this is my least favorite volume in the series so far. Compared to my feelings per every volume thus far, I'm giving this one 3.5 stars.

    Thanks for your feedback!
