Wonderful fun story. so many great laughs

I had a feeling the story would be funny. After all Jake was hilarious. Have you read Jake? If not, why not??? The authors have a way about them that had me laughing for days. I would love to be a fly on the wall when they get together. You need to get on it—so funny. Now back to Asher...... I was not disappointed with this story. Asher was so funny that I spit tea on my kindle. I laughed so hard, I got told to be quiet. By. My. Children. How dare they!!!! Writing this review has been challenging. How do I give examples of greatness without spoiling the story? The characters are amazing. The attention to detail puts you on location witnessing everything. (I am even planning a trip to Lakeview.) Best of all the story is filled with contradictions that set up many comedic situations. The Three Stooges have nothing on Addison and Dylan. Addison is uber rich. Dylan not so much. Dylan and Addison met at a private school in Portland, Oregon. Dylan was attending the school on a scholarship. They became fast friends. The girls live and work in Portland as P.I.s after solving Dylan's case when she was charged with murder (see you need to read Jake if you haven't). Dylan gets a call from her dad asking for recommendations for a P.I. They go to Dylan’s hometown of Lakeview (population 2000+, everyone knows everyone, most are related, the biggest thing of the year is a fair and rodeo) to investigate a string of thefts in a Nursing facility. Dylan's hoot of a grandma is one of the victims. How could she say no. And since they happen to be in hiding at the moment it is perfect timing. Who would look for them in HIckville Lakeview??? Addison is trying to fit in---awkward!!!! Dylan is trying to deal with the family she ran from---awkward!!!! Everyone remembers Dylan and rumors fly--awkward. Awkward equals laughs, rolling on the floor laughs, don’t have anything in your mouth shocking laughs. Asher and Jake come in to save the day, or is it destroy it??? More roll on the floor laughs. Find a quiet corner, get comfortable, and get ready to giggle, snicker, laugh from beginning to end.

    Love Dylan and Asher

Dylan and Addison are at it again. I LOVE these two friends together. You just never know what mischief/trouble they will find. And that will certainly keep Asher and Jake on their toes. Trying to get their P.I. business going is basically a comedy of errors for Dylan and Addison. But Dylan and Addison end up returning to Dylan's hometown, with Asher and Jake showing up later. I love the whole relationship development between Asher and Dylan. But where Addison and Dylan are concerned, things never go smoothly. I just love these collaborations between these two authors, it's always fun, sexy romance at it's core.

A fun story with lots of twists and turns!

Those crazy girls at the SAFE Detective Agency are at it again! Addison and Dylan have gotten involved in another caper that promises to lead them into danger....and adventure! I couldn't help but love these girls in Jake and Addison's book, and now Dylan and Asher have their chance at a HEA, and I couldn't wait to get started! Dylan is Addison's best friend, and Asher is Addison's brother. Best friend's older brother romance?!? Sign me up! Growing up in a very small town, where everyone knows everyone else's business, as well as the secrets they try to hide, Dylan had a pretty terrible childhood. Her mother died when she was young, and her father is the town alcoholic. Dylan found her way out as soon as possible, but can't quite get away from it all. When her small town roots come back to haunt her, she has to rely on those closest to her to find her way to happiness. This entire series has been lots of fun, and I adore Addison and Dylan. No matter what kind of trouble they find themselves in, it always ends up being hilarious! I couldn't help but enjoy their crazy antics. This book kept me engrossed as well as entertained from page 1. This is a must read if you enjoy a book full of twist, turns, and surprises around every corner!
