    A well arranged time line

A lot of work has been done by all the authors to achieve a cohesive time line for all the stories to happen in the same period and be interconnected so well. A beautiful job, ladies.

Lady Tamsyn and The Pixie Curse

Lady Tamsyn and The Pixie Curse A cute, short story with pixies, an evil sorcerer, a boy ghost, and a love match that has been on hold for 8 years. The plot moves quickly and Tamsyn and Gryff come back together and air out what actually happened 8 years ago. Once that is done their relationship blossoms and grows. Together they make friends with a pixie and stop an evil sorcerer from stealing a parcel of land. The story was cute, the passion was ok; it was kind of glossed over when it happened, but overall it was a cute short story. I received this copy in exchange for an honest review.

    Delightful Historical Stories

Three delightful romances assisted to fruition by a few ghosts and a pixie. Great fun to read these three that felt a bit like fairy tales for adults. I. A Dance with the Devil by Michelle Willingham: Jane, the friend of Marjorie and daughter to the vicar, is just tagging along on the trip to the castle. She has no expectation of anything as her friend’s father takes up his inheritance. Devon is also at the castle with friends but the 4th son of a titled father he needs a wife with money to fulfill his dreams. And yet…Jane and Devon are drawn together even before Jane faces some troubling events AND knowing that they are not “right” for one another. II. Lady Tamsyn and the Pixie’s Curse by Deb Marlow: Tamsyn and Griff first meet when 15 and 18 and though attracted to one another something dreadful happens that keeps them apart for 8 years. When Tamsyn returns to the castle a conversation takes place between them, a gift is bestowed, evil is thwarted and a HEA ending is eventually achieved. III. A Ghost of a Chance by Kate Pearce: The final story in this collection is of two sisters and two brothers. Evelyn has always loved Charlie but Charlie sees her as a close friend – almost like a sister. Edwin, Charlie’s older brother and the one who will receive the title, has always had eyes only for Evelyn. Charlie and Evelyn’s younger sister, Letty, are smitten with one another. There is quite a bit of miscommunication, some mishaps and the exposure of true feelings as the four get to know one another and themselves as more than childhood friends. I loved Tuft, the pixie, and the impact of his laugh. I found Paul charming and was happy with what happened for him and his mother in the end and Benedict…poor charming Benedict. I hope that at some point in the future he finds his way to the light. Thank you to the author for the copy of this delightful book in exchange for my honest review.

    Great Collection of Stories

This review is for Ghost of a Chance by Kate Pearce. When Kate Pearce's name is on a story, I know it's going to be good. This story was no exception. This was a cute, sweet and even a bit whimsical at times story about a woman who, with the help of her friend Benedict, sets out to make the man of her dreams (or who she thinks should be the man of her dreams) fall in love with her. When a ghost is involved, what could possibly go wrong? Even though the story was very short, the characters were developed nicely and I was engaged from the start. I finished the story in a very short period of time. If you are looking for a fun, light, afternoon read, look no further. A complimentary copy was received from the author in exchange for an honest review.

    Ghosts and Pixies.

A Ghost of a Chance: Violet has loved Charlie for years. The problem is that Charlie is in love with her half sister. Charlie's brother Edwin is in love with Violet. Now they are all together for the reading of the will and Violet has a ghost helping her get her true love. Is her true love Charlie? Lady Tamsyn and the Pixie's Curse: Tamsyn's father has inherited Castle Keyvnor. She hasn't been there for 8 years. She had a humiliating experience the last time and was not looking forward to going back. Things aren't always what they seem and she spent 8 years being mad at Gryff for something he didn't do. Can they mend their rift and prevent a tragedy? They can with the help from some a ghost and a pixie. A Dance With the Devil: Devon is there for the reading of the will even though he isn't inheriting anything. Jane is a Vicar's daughter and is just there as a friend. Devon needs a wife with money, but the Vicar's daughter is so tempting. He really needs to leave her alone and find someone who can help him with his estate, but he just can't leave her alone.
