What book is this in the series. Number 2? Awkward, then this one and then Crush. Maybe they'll make a 4th. I don't know. Anyway. I'm going to write this in proper grammar. I know, what a relief. Thank me later. I'm doing this to save your eyes and, well because if I don't write this properly, my OCD is going to go crazy. Now my readers, if you have not read Awkward first, go ahead and read it. You'll be doing yourself a favour. Now, trusting you've done that, let me continue. As you know, Awkward targeted Peppi. This book targets Jensen. And don't say I'm spoiling because if you read Awkward like I said, you'll know he was a small character in that. So he's not completely new. We don't know much about him. This book is mainly about his adventures with the Newspaper club and about him being bullied. Now if there are any bullies reading this (not that I expect you to admit it) but just please don't. There are no benefits to it, and you don't realize how much pain it causes. I would know. Jensen tries to get through school, and eventually stands up against his 2 bullies, Foster and Yanic. The book was really good. I'm still not sure if Awkward was better or this book was. The age group is around 10 to 13. In my opinion it's a boys and girls book. I hope maybe you liked my review and maybe you'll rate it as helpful. That's all, Peace IReadBooks

It was a very different book and had a change in the middle that I was not expecting. It was a bit hard to keep reading at the beginning but on the second chapter it started to get really good. I am really excited to read the next book.

  • Read this review!

Brave was a really good book. One of the things I loved about it was that even though I personally have all of Svetlana's books, you don't need to read them in order or at all! Svetlana's genres for her books may be definately Middle School and even fantasy. I would rec9mmend this book/series to ages 9-13. The main character is Jensen, who, being somewhat over-weight, is a massive target for bullying. Jensen wants to be an astronaught at NASA when he grows up (and also wants to save the world from sunspots!). In this story, Jensen pushes himself to stand up to the bullies, make new friends, lots of other stuff and not become a zombie in boring math class! Thank you for reading my review! If you do not decide to purchase this book, then read the preview before making any decisions. Again, thank you for readig this review! Remember: Eat, sleep, read, repeat.

  • Don't worry!

First, yes, sunspots are real but they will not harm you, so I would say jensen is in for an awakening:), and second, READ THIS BOOK!!!! Svetlana is such a good author and I really want the 3rd one! svetlana chmakova, mabye not everyone agrees but i think a book on foster and yanic's point of view would be cool. Book nerd over and out.
