  • Laughter, light angst, romance ...

"I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light. " I'm not even sure how to put into words all the feels this brought on. I felt like I was hanging out with my besties. Laughing at the little things, celebrating the accomplishments, sharing the Ben-n-Jerry's when the troops needed to be rallied. I truly laughed out loud, heckled, and occasionally lost a tear or two This is a must-read if like me you enjoy the full journey The tentative goodnights The funny oops moments The sickly sweet gestures The energy and chaos it takes to make a relationship "It's not a walk of shame if you run" Anna is a ray of sunshine - I can not think of a better description for her. She is in the process of obtaining, hopefully, fingers crossed, the studio she works at. Her life is busy but she finds the time to step back and breathe - life is all about balance after all. Liam is the dream package. Romantic. A gentleman. Caring, honest, giving, smexy.... Unattainable Liam is burning the candle at both ends. He has a plan and with his current schedule, he does not have the time he feels a partner deserves. But when he accidentally sends an email to Anna he finds something he didn't know he was missing If you enjoy down to earth characters, slow build romances that burn with an underlying passion. Relatable problems. Strong bonds with family and friends. Laughter, light angst, romance ... The whole darn kitchen sink! Don't pass this up

  • This book made me happy - as simple as that

This book took me by surprise. It was that good. For the whole time I was reading, I felt happy and relaxed. I loved this romance between Anna and Liam. They are both in a point of their life where a relationship is too much of a commitment. They become pen-pals when Liam sends Anna an email by mistake. And they slowly morph into friends and then something more. There are a lot of things to like about this slow burn: the main characters, the banter, the side characters, the fact that this book was not cheesy at all. I loved the writing style. I would definitely recommend this book to all those in need of a heartwarming love story.

  • ARC REVIEW

This book exceeded my expectations, I was already looking forward to reading based on the synopsis and I fell in love while reading. Certainly books with medical protagonists are my favorites, except for TV series that I hate, the story has an incredible sense of humor and also tension between the main characters. I loved that the author explored 100% the friendships of both in the story that made me very happy and satisfied. Liam and Anna are amazing together, easy to connect with the reader in a quick and fun way. One of the highlights of the book is also the recognition of both when meeting the author did not dwell on the mystery and did it the right way without getting a tiring story. A passionate romance that holds you from beginning to end without long chapters and a lot of drama. Super recommended. ARC provided by the author and Netgalley. Thanks for the opportunity.

My cup of tea!!! I absolutely loved this book! A pen pal plot that evolves into a friendship and eventually into a real relationship. Steamy scenes, good banter, main and side characters that after a while seem like your good friends.HEA. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • HEA Love

4 I loved the dynamic between Anna and Liam. Their chemistry poured off the pages and I love a good romance where the lovebirds meet by accident online or through a text, so this was great. The drama was just enough to keep things interesting and the makeup was bliss. These two were meant to be! I’d recommend this HEA romance. Email mixup, love growing through words, doctor, workout instructor
