  • Calm the f down

Personally I felt like I got “side tracked” a lot by the “funny babble” going on. I get that it invites readers; to try and keep things interesting. But for me in this type of book I felt like I just wanted to know the facts rather than the constant “funny babble” / examples. Was pretty distracting and I felt like I could have learnt the same amount in possibly half the time/pages.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • A great book for anyone who suffers from anxiety.

As the title suggests, there’s a lot of foul language in this book. but this no-nonsense approach to anxiety is really useful. I saw a lot of my own reactions to situations here and learned to puppy-crate my emotional puppies, let my logical cats roam free and do a lot of mental decluttering. A great book for anyone who suffers from anxiety.
