  • Children of the Jacaranda tree

I downloaded this book after hearing about it on the Radio Two book club. It was a fascinating read. The difficulties and horrors of Iran during these times are clearly brought to life. Sometimes I found it a little difficult to follow the relationships between the different characters as the story jumps around. I intend to revisit this with a notebook so I can really ne'er stand the links.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Interesting

It was an insightful read. One can understand the confusion and sadness of the children of the tortured and absent parents.
