  • Johnny Cash had me

I got a copy of this book for the book tour in exchange for my honest review Million things goes through my mind while I am thinking of how to do this review so here we go; This book was a easy read, the first chapter I just had to read twice to get my head around the character (confused the characters name lets just put it up as a blond moment since I did not read book 1 of the series) I started the book the morning and finished it the same night. The whole time I was wondering what will happen next. Let me just say this first that from the necklace with the words "keep a close watch on this heart of mine" (I am one of the biggest Johnny Cash fans), too the fact that through out the book Len would talk to the reader. The movie phrases, all the love for country music and Jami cheesy lines made me fall in love with this book from the first page. Characters wise I loved all of them. The book consist of a handful characters and even though if you haven't read book 1 in the series (Chasing Rhodes) this book is a awesome standalone. "The smile that spreads across his face when we get to the base of the mountain is adorable" Choosing Henley is being told out of Lennon Montgomery point of view. Len has been through something terrible (no spoilers) and this made her heart hard. With her two friends Hannah (the BFF) and Beth they keep her from bottling up everything. "he lifts my chin with his finger, tipping my eyes up to meet his. "See? you just needed a little push?" The love interest Jamison Henley aka Jami is this sexy, buff , tattooed guitar creator who is a womaniser but with a soft spot for one girl. Jami has strong feelings for Len and as he said to her "Girl you're gonna love me" (being a country lover myself I actually went and you tube the song, Yes I went that far) steals Lens Heart (no spoilers) I really loved and enjoyed the fact that they are a close nit group of friends that will stand together through thick and thin. There were a moments where tears filled my eyes and moments where I said out loud Oh God No; I won't be able to take this.... so you are warned. The sex scenes is not shocking so if you are a first time reader in the Adult Romance this is the perfect book for you to try Overall it was a great book and I give it 5 stars and would recommend this book and the series to anyone who love Romance Novels I am currently reading Chasing Rhodes and I hope that I will be fortunate do read the others to come. The Rock Fall Series is fast becoming one of my Favourite book series and taking a special place in my heart.

    Thanks for your feedback!
