  • Ted Dekker's Circle Series

This was an amazing series. I was addicted to reading it from the very beginning. I read it every spare moment. TD subtly reveals the story of the Bible without you realising. His portrail of God, in all His aspects, is beautiful. You are drawn into a deeper, and more intimate, relationship with God as TD shows Thomas's interactions with Elyon. Full of action, true romance, well researched Science and fantasy that could be real. The concept of the spiritual being seen in the physical is great and the path that free choice always leads to is well handled. Yet there is always hope. Definately worth the read. Thank you Ted.

  • The Circle Series

Good book. Very thought provoking. If only we can see evil for what it really is the ugly death causing evil in its trust form. Would we really run to it?

  • Great read, start to finish!

Currently migrating over to the Kobo platform, in doing so I wanted to write a quick review for one of my favorite books. Read the first book near the beginning of 2004 and was enthralled by the story, flip flopping between realities, and the challenges that both realities faced with a race against the clock. I quickly knew I wanted to read the next two books since it was planned as a three book release all during the same year. Since I picked up the book at Sam’s Club I kept looking for the second book during the time frame it was supposed to come out and couldn’t find it, so I finally went to my local bookshop and still couldn’t find the book. Finally went to the counter and asked, that’s when I found out that Ted Dekker’s books were classified as Christian Fiction. I couldn’t believe it, it just never occurred to me, but upon looking back at what I previously read I started to see the context and how it all fit in. Anyways, it’s a great fantasy/sci-fi/adventure/religious series of books that I couldn’t put down, and is always on my recommend list to my friends. There is a fourth book, and I love how it was implemented, so you can either read the first book and go Black>Red>White>Green, and that will get you the whole story, but the way it’s written you can also start with the last book and go Green>Black>Red>White and still get the same great experience since it’s written to loop. I am religious, but don’t really read a lot of Christian Fiction, but Ted Dekker is amazing. I’ve read several of his books and just really enjoy his writing style.

    Thanks for your feedback!
