  • Bee prepared to love this book!

This book leads us in many circles, mostly around Colel, Mistress of Bees. During a trip to Colorado to check on the bee population, she meets the man she believes is her mate. Of course, he doesn’t like her and is allergic to bees, and his brother died from a bee sting. Determined to win him over, she involves two of her brothers. As usual, nothing goes right, she dies and has to return many times, and oddly, Brutus starts showing signs that he is in love with her. We know this can’t be right. The god and goddesses have only one true mate. In the meantime, Zac is having delusions. He thinks he is seeing Minky, the evil unicorn who ate the body of his dead almost mate. Then he starts to see her but can’t touch her. They begin plotting how to rescue Cimil from the bottom of the ocean so she can return Tula to her body. This story flies from one problem to another and will make your head spin! Is Rys the mate Colel believes he is? What will happen to Zac and Tula, and is the totally bat shit crazy Cimil back? Read fast and hang on tight! This is one crazy ride!!

  • Mimi has done it again!!!!

if you love supernatural and romance all in one you'll love reading these.I love how each plot of the story interlocks with each character and the struggles each character has to face in order to find there mate but the universe keeps sending them a curve ball with good turning bad and bad turning good when they think things are starting to get better something happens,iv loved reading every minute of these books, its got me wanting to read more and I can't wait for the next instalment of brutus and hope there more to come

  • What’s the Buzzzz ? Oh that’s just Chuck and his

Colel isn’t your average goddess. As Mistress of Bees she speaks fluent bee, and is responsible for the health of bee hives world wide. She also comes with her own personal immortal army of psychotic bees that live in her hat. It doesn’t help that the little jerks are the jealous type and don't want anyone near their girl. No wonder why no one ever gets close enough to her to make a love connection. Unfortunately she doesn’t have time to think about that right now, with the bee population suffering, she has work to do so the helpless humans don’t starve to death. Enter Rys Crested Butte, Colorado’s local florist with a big attitude, bigger secrets and not to mention a deadly bee allergy. With their instant chemistry Colel tries to both avoid and get close to Rys, while he goes into full jerk mode. Add Brutus suddenly acting like a forlorn puppy dog toward her and you know it’s another romp amongst the most insane group of gods and goddesses around. Though book five in the Immortal Matchmakers series focuses mainly on Colel, we do see the appearances by the other gods and goddesses, the continuation of Zac/Tula’s story, with some extra spicy Minky thrown for fun. Colel’s story wraps up without a cliffhanger but the book has enough of a “oh no you didn’t” to make you eager for the next installment. Mimi Jean writes characters that are once again so human that you can’t help but to see yourself within them. They are snarky, chaotic, unsure of themselves, flawed, and so inhumanly human that you can't help but laugh, cringe and relate to them as they try to figure life and love out. Just when you think you have everything figured out the script flips and the Universe has clearly gone and lost her mind keeping you guessing up until the very end.

  • Highly recommended love story!

Loved reading the fabulous and fantastic fifth book in The Immortal Matchmakers, Inc. Series. Colel, the Mistress of the Bees, thinks her mate is Rhys, but Rhys portrays disdain for Colel, doesn't like bees, his brother died from bees stinging him, and Colel's bees won't let Rhys anywhere near Colel. Rhys can't understand his attraction towards Colel and doesn't want anything to do with her bees. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, engaging and captivating, and a must read.
