  • Curvy Perfection

I really enjoyed this book. Cache is a patient man to wait for Ashley to finally come around. This book ended better than I expected.

  • slow and steady friends-to-lovers story

This friends-to-lovers romance starts with a bang, takes a step back and has a slow build-up to a sweet finish. Cayce believes he needs to work to become the partner Ashley needs, but he realizes she’s open to a relationship and goes in for the win. Unfortunately – or fortunately, because this would be a realllly short story if things immediately worked out (also known as Spanked by the Vet) – Ashley’s doubts get in the way of their budding romance. Cayce, however, understands his heart’s desire and comes up with a plan to woo his love. Since this is a romance story, Cayce succeeds and he and Ashley get their happy ever after. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader copy of this book.

  • A sweet friends-to-lovers romance!

With her love life in the dumps, her family gone, and her finances in a state of chaos, Ashley has hard decisions to make. A rather tenuous connection to Cayce, a long-time friend, doesn’t pan out as she hoped. His creative thinking soon has them working together to dig themselves out of that financial hole. Beware unsupported evidence that can easily be misinterpreted. It’s so much simpler (though uncomfortable) to ask. I admire Ashley for her strength of character. She faces her responsibilities, corrects bad decisions as best she can, pitches in where needed. And when she loves, she loves with all she’s got! Cayce was a bit slow over the years realizing the strength of his feelings, and he really could communicate better, but honestly, this is a match made in heaven. A very emotional, feel-good story. I love it!

    Thanks for your feedback!
