  • Eating healthy

    Great book, reinforced my thoughts that I need to go back to cooking like my mother did, we ate home grown, best meat, no pre anything, she onlyused olive oil, bacon grease and different vinegars and lemon juice she squeezedherself. Sweets were treats, not everyday or more than once a day. No pop, water was it other than coffee, milk we didn't have, cream, and butter we did. Not always the most even diet, but the best she could do.

  • Best book

    Best book ever for nutrition/diet. I think Dr.Cate is so brilliant. I've changed my view on food so much after reading this book. Totally recl
