  • The voice of experience

    Before reading this book I had read almost all the " sciency " books about intermittent fasting listed in the bibliography. I am already a faster and a member of Gins two wonderful fb groups. However I can't express how much this little book has added to my knowledge, and inspiration. This book wasn't written buy doctors experimenting on other obese subjects while they themselves only had a maximum of ten pounds to lose. It was written by a fellow " obese subject" who loved food just as much as I did and had 80plus pounds to lose and wouldn't hear about giving up any of the food groups to lose those pounds. I found me in this book. And I saw that there is a way out of the trap I've been caught up in. I recommend it to those who have tried every diet there is and failed. There is yet hope

  • Incredibly Informative

    I was looking forward to reading this book after starting IF myself and hearing about the author through social media. It was an easy read and it gave me insight and clarity on things I didn't know before (or would have thought to research). I also learned tips I can implement into my own lifestyle. If anything, this book has motivated me to continue and helped to reassure that what I am doing is the right choice for me.

  • So informative!!

    I had been recommended through a coworker to join Gin’s Facebook support group as I had started to take up IF again (I had previously tried it for a small period of time in university). I’ll be honest, it took me a few months to getting around to reading this book, but I am so glad I did. I have learned quite a bit from reading this book and I am eager to see where this new information takes me in my journey. As for the book itself, it was a very quick and easy read, I especially loved how it refers back to other reading materials in order to support the subject being discussed. Overall a decent read!
