  • Thought provoking

The author has obviously done a lot of research on his subject and this is evident in the depth of his writing. I would hope he has already put a patent on the sea control carrier concept; a maritime architect would love the idea. In all a very deep subject that will make any reader wonder how far off something like this is from happening. On the subject of writing style, I am not so satisfied. People do not talk the way they write. This makes for frustration when trying to get to the nub of a protracted conversation and tends to make the reader (ok-me) want to skim over what may be a crucial phrase impacting later on. Overall, not bad and enough to get me to buy the other two books in the trilogy.

  • Very Good!

Great story, believable and frightening! BUT a bit too right wing, pro gun lobby and as expected, USA centered. Highly recommended.

  • Dragons fury volume 1

Awsome is the one word you can use for this book. The story line and build up is so very plausible. One can actually imagine it happening. The technical side is right upto date and for once shows a more realistic outcome for modern warfare. Looking forward to reading the other two books and the conclusion of the story.
