  • Real & good natured

An honest portrayal of relationships . . .and how longing & love sometimes blur the reality.

  • Elsie Street

Brilliant story so far I feel there is so much more to this read. Dave and Aaron are a great team but not 100% honest about their past. Mike Cohen seems like a wrench in the wrong place and wrong time. Look forward to reading more about these people.

  • Look elsewhere

I really didn't like this book. The main character is one of the most self-centered people ever, and the speed that everything happens is just absurd. There's no sense of believability with the plot or the characters, making the whole thing just not enjoyable at all. I spent the entire time being incredibly frustrated by everything.

  • Lots Of Tension

The book is well written I think. It's quite detailed in the characters and how they feel, the mood is set really well. However, I am not a fan of the mood myself. It feels a bit empty and anxious. The lead doesn't feel much and seems very depressed, and makes some weird decisions. In a lighter view it wouldn't bother me, but everything just feels very depressed and as though things won't really get better. Although there definitely are downs, there are ups too. It's a very intense story for one describing fairly simple life occurences, which is a feat.

  • Not worth the read or it's ink

I’m sorry to say this book was a No for me. It was full of broken characters that seemed to do stupid things at random times. The sex was utterly boring and banal. Random characters did nothing to aid the plot. I hate leaving bad reviews on someone’s work but this time there was no other option. I’d give this one a miss.
