    Thanks for your feedback!

    Not worth paying for.

Ember This little novelette is advertised as a prequel to the novel “Firelight” the first book in Kristen Callihan's Dark London series. It is not a prequel, what it is is pointless. The book Firelight opens in 1878 then jumps to 1881, Ember fluffs out the years 1879 & 1881, but there really is no need for it, if it was free then fair enough but it’s not. My other major gripe is that not only is it very, very badly written it is supposed to be set in Victorian London but it feels so american it could be 1920's Chicago or New York. If Ms Callihan had done a better job of writing Firelight nobody would have felt the need for this novelette in the first place. Would I recommend it? No, don’t pay for it.
