  • Eugenia - a sad tale.

This is basically a sad story, that brings to the reader's face, all the prejudices of the very early 20th century. Sad, because the subject of the narrative is a tortured soul, living in a land where racial prejudice is strong and healthy, people are narrow minded and wholly ignorant. Sad, because of ineptitude in the form of a defence counsel and solicitor - clearly well out of their depth with this complicated mess. At least at the end of the story there is a "sort of" resolution to the problems her last hospital stay caused.. Finally I, for one, had sufficient messages about sand castle competitions and iced cup cake competitions apart from the worry of publishing and distributing this book, so have finally arrived home, tired but happy. I, keep saying that there is to be too many time I will do that so

    Thanks for your feedback!
