  • Perfect for young adolescents

As a young person, I found this book to have touched my heart! I don't know whether it was the fact that I have been through hard times and can somehow relate to the two main characters (Lane and Sadie) or it can touch everyones heart due to Schneiders excellent use of vocbulary. But she presents us with an emotional rollercoaster which takes the place of number 1 in my all time favourite books, I dont want to ruin the story on you but be prepared to shed a couple of tears, I usually don't get emotional over books and movies, but I did cry when I finished the book and couple days later when I was thinking about it. From my point of view, I think that the plot line is very well written and thought of, it's hard to believe that this story was derived from a vampire story and ended up being about total drug resistant TB. But in all fairnes we can clearly see that she had made an excellent use of her imagination, but at times it seemed like she was trying too hard to make the characters more relatable such as harry potter references which did not work for me but doesn't really make much of a difference. If this was to be gien as a present to a teen, most would enjoy it as my friends and I have! I would consider buying this as it's a truly wonderful book but I feel that teenagers would appreciate this better as it's more relatable that way. If you have liked this review tell me what you think and I will be releasing another review shortly called severed heads, broken hearts (american version is called the beginning of everything) it is also written by Robyn Scneider, reason for choosing the upcoming book is that many have said that severed heads, broken hearts is her best book and that I have loved reading extraordinary means and am looking forward to see more of what she has to offer!

    Thanks for your feedback!
