  • Character growth since Book One...

Zoe is back to use her unusual skills on another unsolvable mathematical equation from a murderer. She grows quite a bit in this book. She gains confidence while working with a former mentor. While she still desires a “conventional” life, she realizes her limitations. She makes a conscious and deliberate choice to move forward in her life. Zoe slowly opens up and discloses her condition to a few people and even responds to and initiates a romantic relationship.

  • Face of Murcer

Agent Zoe Prime is a complex character in that she has skills most people don't, but thinks people would not understand and doesn't seem to have much of a life other then work as she distances herself from everyone. It will be so interesting to see where Blake Pierce takes this character. It is a great read and I couldn't put it down.

  • I like the title. It is appropriate to the content

I totally enjoyed the story . It was fast paced, and there was a twist around every corner. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it.

  • Face of Murder

Interesting book with three murders and an almost fourth. I still have no idea what Zoe’s special ability is and how it is connected to numbers—seems more like guesswork to me—and how it allows her to name how tall a suspect is or will be, how much he weighs, and if he chews gum.
