Dissapointed with the ending, end they lived happily ever after is not what I was expecting. I won’t purchase another book from this author.

  • Great Read

Was a great read even though it was short.....but I did find the epilogue on line & was able to finish that as well. Jordan's career is on the line he needs to be a starting goalie. Taking interviews where ever he can get them puts him on a collision course with Aynslee a grade 3 teacher. Sitting net to one another on a plane is their first meeting & an enjoyable one at that. After spilling her coffee on her during the flight it breaks the tensions between them. He likes her, she likes him but neither can speak up so off they go on their own ways only to meet again at a Starbucks where he eventually runs away again. After another chance meeting in the park Aynslee isn't taking any chances any more & lets him know in no uncertain terms that she's interested. Sparks fly. Great story can't wait to read next installment & unfortunately I have to wait until June to read Phillip's story. This series is great & what makes it better is that it's a hockey series. Definite recommend & re-read at a later date when I have the whole series.

  • Loved it

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Jordan Ryan is the back up golie for the Nashville Assassines but he's no longer happy because he wants to start, and now he's coming back home after talking to other teams that need a starter. Aynslee Shaw was coming home from her nieces wedding because of an emergency that she needed to take care of, and when she found her seat in the plane that happened to be next to Jordan she couldn't believe how handsome he was. They both felt a connection during their flight, but when it was time to go home Jordan just left her standing there and Aynslee couldn't understand why. After the third time they bumped into each othe Aynslee made her move before he left her standing again. Aynslee knew that Jordan was looking to be traded, but when she heard the news she was heart broken especially because Jordan never asked her to move with him.
