  • Magic

Modern urban magic with a mage who tries to keep under the radar but doesn't seem to be able to keep out of trouble. Well written, with engaging characters and interesting plot.

  • Good, but...

An enjoyable book book with a good plot ruined by the frequent use of the worn 'gotten' which I found extremely irritating. This is apparently set in London so why the use of American words?

  • A Surprisingly Fun Read

It starts slightly slow and strange, but after getting into it, try and stop yourself. An amazing urban fantasy book, that rivals the dresden files, slightly mkorw adult in nature, as it does not feel the need to bebgun ho from the start to finish as dresden does, but follows more of a dq vinci code pace and style.

    Thanks for your feedback!
