    Good read

A feel good love story set in beautiful Italy, Finding You is about giving and taking chances. Definitely an ok-read. The plot is a little predictable, yet aren't most chick-lits build around a predictable outcome? It didn't bother me that much. There certainly were some elements of surprise in there as well. :) However, there were two major things that made me rate the book no higher than three stars. First of all, the ending. To me, it was unexpected and therefore felt rushed. Throughout the book, I also felt some details were missing, for example Tina's change in looks and style. Secondly, the language really bothered me, especially in the first half of the book. The sentences were short, very basic English and I think I haven't read a single book with so many sentences ending with an exclamation point. A little inconvenient and therefore annoying. Nevertheless, Finding You is an enjoyable read if you like the romantic chick-lit genre, and you're not bothered by (a lack of) style or simple language. Somehow the book failed to really satisfy me.
