  • Great capture of dyslexic struggles

As a mom of two with dyslexia, this is a wonderful capture of the struggles the undiagnosed go through. A touching book. Every child with learning needs deserves teachers like this.

  • So cool!:)

I loved Fish in a Tree. It's about this girl called Ally, her mortal enemy thinks she's dumb because Ally has dyslexia. There she follows on a path with her best friends Kesha and Albert, to discover: maybe there's not just one side to the story.

  • Fish in a Tree

Ally certainly is a trooper. When she struggles to find a classroom distraction hiding her inability to read, in swoops Mr. Daniels. Ally is starting to fit in, as she made friends Albert and Keisha. But snob bully Shay and her shadow Jessica has enough snark to make Ally sick. With the help of her companions Ally has to survive another year of... school. It was definetly 5star material.

    Thanks for your feedback!
