  • Incredibly well worth reading

Extensively researched and referenced, this book takes apart the nutribollocks all around us and deconstructs things that we think we 'just know'. I'll be recommending it to everyone.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Denial is a river and a book

A great title if you want to imagine good things about bad habits. Diet culture is bad but that does not negate nutrition science. A palatable message, another deceptively disempowering superficial message. Moderation kills, and we deserve better. Food isn't medicine but if you eat wholefood, mostly plants, you wont need medicine or yet another one of these diet books... That's what this is. Same old. Don't be fooled.
