  • Loved it!

Loved this one. It's a cute fun read that had me completely entertained. Sawyer and Kelsie had such great chemistry and the witty banter and bickering between them kept me chuckling. Kelsie is a self proclaimed dating disaster and Sawyer agrees to teach how to land her dream guy in one week. Only one rule - no touching. At all!! Will they make it through the week without breaking the rule?? I highly recommend this one.

  • I absolutely LOVED it!!!

I absolutely LOVED it!!! This is one of the best contemporary romances I have read in a while. It was realistic, engaging and had juuuuuust the right amount of spice and humor to keep it very interesting. Kelsie cracked me up to no end. I loved everything about her. Her dog added some wonderful comic relief to the story at many different times, and had me laughing at loud more than once. Kelsie was just too quirky not to love. Sawyer, while a player, revealed his vulnerable side to Kelsie and that made him so endearing. Yes, they had some kind of half-baked arrangement in the beginning, with the "teach me how to date" business, but the they lingered longer, and I loved reading how their their feelings changed towards each other. I am a total sucker for that kind of scenario. This book was so well-written, and the humor was fantastic. I would not classify this as a romantic comedy by any means, but some of the one-liners had me laughing out loud! (As an avid romance reader, I also appreciated the many jabs at the cliches used in far too many romance novels) All in all, I am SO happy I bought this book and would, without hesitation, buy more in this series!!!

  • Really liked it!

I'm so glad I got to read this sweet story. I really enjoyed reading it. What can I say, I'm a sucker for slightly broken heroes and their heroines, who at the end help save them from their past demons. For such a short read, there is a lot going on. I admit, at first I wasn't completely sure I'd like the story, because the whole thing with Sawyer and Kelsie started off with him helping her get a date for her sister's wedding. In the end it all turned out better than I expected. At first I didn't like Sawyer very much but he slowly got to me. Seeing him fall for Kelsie and not knowing what to do with his feelings was really cute. He was most times than not really jealous and possessive over her and I loved that. I guess that helped me majorly in forgetting his past man-whorish ways. Also seeing him with Kelsie's dog was quite amusing, that little fella sure knew how to show his love for him. ;) What made me really like Sawyer was what he did at the end, to get to his woman, so sweet. As for Kelsie, she was a very likable character. At first I did feel bad for her and her misfortunate situation but thankfully she had Sawyer come to her rescue. The only thing that I still feel bad for her is her horrible (if not life-threatening) cooking, poor Sawyer. I loved her transformation from this dull and almost boring person to a woman, who knew how to loosen up and simply have fun. I adored the epilogue and all secondary characters. This book has humor, romance, heartbreak and a bit of angst. Well, of course there is also thankfully a HEA at the end. Overall is For Seven Night Only a great read that will leave you wishing for more. I highly recommend!

  • Entertaining, as usual

Once again, Sarah Ballance delivers the entertaining, sweet and sexy read I have come to expect from her books in this second installment of the Chase Brothers' series. Kelsie Reed is in a dilemma. She has the worst luck when it comes to dating and men and as the maid of honor at her sister's wedding, she needs a date ASAP especially because her ex who just dumped her is the best man. Well, she doesn't have to look very far for help because a plumbing accident brings her in contact with the solution to her problems in the form of her neighbor and serial dater, Sawyer. Sawyer Chase is an undisputed ladies' man and his reputation precedes him, so when his dating-challenged neighbor enlists his help in finding a man, Sawyer is all in. But will he be able to teach her everything she needs to learn in seven dates? Or has the commitment-phobe met the one woman who will tempt him to settle down? FOR SEVEN NIGHTS ONLY is an enjoyable story of opposites attracting, with humorous moments, fun banter guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and the heat set to high. Kelsie and Sawyer kept me laughing as they navigated their non-relationship while trying to make Kelsie over into a man magnet. I like the growth in their relationship from barely tolerating each other to their HEA. It's always delightful to see the men that are most resistant to love and commitment fall really hard and the author does a great job with the build-up to that. This was cute and lighthearted fun and I look forward to more from this series. Disclaimer: I received this book for free from the Publisher in exchange for an honest review. • Sweet Fun Book

For Seven Nights Only by Sarah Ballance is my kind of book, sweet, fun and very enjoyable. Sarah Ballance has a knack at making you fall in love with her character...I always come out with a new book boyfriend and Sawyer is no different. He is hot and sweet and trying to help Kelsie find a guy in seven days. I loved this book so much I will be reading the first book in the series. Make sure you read this book and all of Sarah's books, she is an amazing author. I was given an ARC of this book, for my honest review.
