  • Fortune Funhouse

It as good as the first one the laughs keep coming. In each one I get a histerical moment with there exploits. The three stooges have rivals in Gertie, Idabell and Fortune. It is nice to read others rather than just Carter are the butt of their wrath. Francis the parrot is a nice addition with his unusual background of drug dealers and nuns. Merlin the cat needs a bigger part in Fortune's antics. Sinful is quite a town where the unusual is common place. I would like to read Mud bud adventures combined with Sinful.

  • Miss Fortune series

Those are the most entertaining books out there. I just love the mix of crime fighting and slap stick comedy. Looking forward to the next one already.

  • Fortune Funhouse

As always, another hysterical adventure for Fortune, Ida Bell and Gertie. The girls have their hands full with this case, lots if twists and scrapes to get through until the final reveal. I wish there were more stars to give. Loved the parrot.

  • Another Perfect Miss Fortune Book

This book is action-packed, exciting and has a solid mystery. The fair has come to town. When a murder and an assault happen in the funhouse, Fortune, Gertie and Ida Belle are there only to discover that Carter's mom is the one assaulted. Unconscious, she is rushed to the hospital. Because Carter cannot investigate his own mother's assault, Carter is forced to stay on the sidelines while a past nemesis of his, Palmer Reed is assigned to the case. Palmer has a reputation of being incompetent and a bully so the girls decide to investigate. This book has everything I have come to expect of this series, laughing out loud, danger, delightful if quirky characters and clues that don't come together until the end. I enjoyed this book very much. I highly recommend this series and this book.
