  • Painstakingly Slow

Painstakingly slow, with too many unnecessary details and boring characters. First book I read in the series (as it was free) - hard to believe there were 4 others before this.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Quite a fun story.

I enjoyed reading this book and meeting the characters. The plot slowly developed while revealing the various people of the town.

  • Frozen

A very good light read ideal on holiday when you are looking to pass the time fifth in the series worth starting with first one to set seen then doesn't matter

  • A Wintry Mystery

Another fine Pitkirtly mystery. Amaryllis not only solves the mystery, but saves the day... with the help of her rag-tag group of friends. The robbery of a local jewelry shop just before Christmas leads our sleuth to delve into a much deeper plot, which she, Christopher and the others expose and successfully end. Relationships are strengthening, although this is a new and somewhat uncomfortable situation for Miss Peebles.
