  • Germany's High Seas Fleet in WW1

Nearly-unique story from the German perspective of the naval war of World War 1, through the eyes of the fleet's commander. Reinhard Scheer makes no apologies as he presents an unknown view of events in overview from the German side. He also overviews the political influence of the Emperor, the army high command and the domination of the neutral nations by England and her allies, and the gorrila in the room that was the USA. A fine book that is well worth a read.
