  • Maia and Ghost true love

This is a riff on the alien stealing a woman to impregnate her. However it’s far more than that too. It’s about a strong, take charge woman who finds herself in unimaginable circumstances and yet finds a way to not only survive but thrive. Enter in a whimsical man who loves her and you have a wonderful story. I loved Maia’s spunk and Ghost’s resiliency. Together they make a wonderful and balanced couple. I received an arc from the author. I voluntarily review this book. This is my honest review.

  • Maia and Ghost

This is another sweet and steamy romance set on the Colony. There is a feisty space-worthy heroine and an intelligent swoon-worthy hero. Maia, a medic bound for the Colony, wakes from stasis to discover that not only has she been kidnapped by an alien, but is about to give birth to his “experiment.” Quick thinking rids her of half the problem, but now she needs to get help before the baby decides it’s time to come. Joost, aka Ghost, is an Emergency Services Agent from the Colony sent to answer Maia’s emergency beacon. It’s too bad he looks a lot like the bad guy alien, and is about to meet the same fate. Fortunately, for him and our story, Ghost is a djinn who is able to materialize and dematerialize when necessary. Due to another emergency, Ghost can’t get clearance to land right away, and the baby is coming. Can he handle this? What will happen when they make it to the Colony? Ghost and Maia like each other. That’s a good place to start. Good read. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

  • She wasn't expecting to be pregnant

Maia wakes up to a purple alien touching, her pregnant belly, which was unexpected, seeing last time she knew it, she was not pregnant. She later meets Ghost, who was the Emergency Services personnel who responded to her distress call. Will Ghost be able to help Maia? What will he think of her? Maia is a great feisty woman, who is certainly up for the challenges life throws her way, and I loved her spirit. Ghost is a bit heroic, with how he helps people, is easy to love, and he seems to be a nice brother too. I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received, and giving my thoughts and opinions on it.

  • Surprise!

I received a free book and the views and opinions are my own. Talk about surprises, first Maia wakes up to find an alien ready to sedate her, she fights back and wins. Then she finds out the alien has impregnated her. I love that Maia is a strong female heroine who can defend herself and i had to laugh when she sneaks up on the Ghost and shoots him with a tranquilizer. This was a fun, fast read. I would recommend this book.

  • Alien Romance

This was a good installment in the series. It gave us more information about the colony and a love story, too.
