  • Good but somehow lacking

This is the second time I have read "Ghost Story". Both times, I enjoyed it, but, felt there was something missing. It has all the usual elements of a Dresden Files story, but, was a let down after "Changes". It felt like a placeholder and an info dump rather than a story in itself. The story was the usual mix of action and introspection from Dresden. Probably a bit ore of the latter than usual. When the action started, it was up to Butcher's usual standar. But, there seemed to an inconsistency with how the ghosts were treated here and in the earlier books. So, not my favourite Dresden Files book, but important in the series.

  • Etourdissant...

De Star Trek à la maison hantée. Des Thanatonautes à Possession. Butcher orchestre une valse à 10.000 temps, accrochez vous aux branches... ou à votre ange gardien.
