    Cute Non-Stereotypic Adventure Story

The fantasy story portrays a more realistic reality of adventuring and the dangers it poses. We follow a protagonist, who has an odd obsession with goblins, on his adventures. Now then, my view on the story. This story is more of a light read, but it does contain some gore-ish dark reality. However, I really liked how the author didn't follow with the stereotypic adventure stories where goblins are described to be weak monsters. I really came to adore his anti-social tendencies, and the interactions he had with other characters. Now then, I recommend this stories for people who is perhaps looking a cute light read, but is also able to read stories containing mentions of rape, death, and gore. Kind of contradictory? It is contradictory, because the author wrote it as such! ;D

    Incredible novel

Wow. I have a hard time finding books that match up to my standards of quality, so I have taken an increasingly more scattershot approach to trying out novels, downloading and trying previews of anything and everything, regardless of how interesting the themes seem to me. And thank goodness I did, because despite the generic and dull premise, Goblin Slayer's incredible execution that has instantly leaped to my top favorites. Truthfully, the general events going on in Goblin Slayer are not new - if you've ever played an online RPG, you are most certainly familiar with the tropes. Heck, if you've read any of the other isekai/fantasy novels of which there are a million of nowadays, you have bumped into these ideas time and time again - however, Goblin Slayer manages to stand out from the pack by it's incredible execution. The thing that upsets me the most in fantasy stories is unrealistic/unbelievable depictions of fantasy concepts. When tropes are used as vapid references, instead of things that feel tangible and real in that world. Goblin Slayer makes everything feel real and deliciously gritty. I urge you to give Goblin Slayer a shot, for you might find yourself a new favorite just like I have.

Lots of gruesome deaths. Looking forward to see more of Goblin Slayer's exploits. They have good DM.
