    Good Omens

Just read it and find out for yourself why it's worth five stars - though, perhaps, not on your way to work. Laughing out loud on public transport is a serious infringement of the unwritten rules concerning polite, but uptight, behaviour towards fellow commuters and may result in the meaningful shaking out of newspapers, stern looks and tuts, all aimed in your general direction. Reading Good Omens, or any other texts, whilst driving to work is a serious infringement of the definitely written laws regarding road safety, and may result in a car crash (not to be recommended, even if you do die laughing).

    Good omens

It is with great regret and sadness that I mark this book as read in my kobo library. However it is not going to be closed forever as, just like my paper copy of this book, it will be reread over and over again. I thank both Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman for taking the time to write this book and would recommend it to everyone.

    Magnificent, Funny and Brilliant

When I stumble across a book written by two of my favourite authors of all time, I know I am in for a treat. And what a treat it was. Clever? Absolutely? Funny? Yup (Terry Pratchett’s penchant for humour really shines through). Engrossing? Utterly. A must read for anyone who is young at heart.

    Good Omens

Amazingly written and true to both Pratchett and Gaimans' styles. The world is lucky to have had Terry Pratchett part of it!
