    A very nice romance!!

Hearts Abroad is a light-hearted romance filled with humor that was very entertaining and had me chuckling throughout. Londyn Bellerose was a colorful character, full of personality, and really ready to take a break from that which has been her rat race life. When an opportunity presented itself for her to have an easy summer being a nanny, she jumped at the chance. What she didn’t expect was that she would be living in the lap of luxury with a boss who was as tempting as sin!*** I really enjoyed the interactions between Londyn and Callum. Callum was quite the instigator and he was always looking to rile Londyn up. Londyn was not the type of character to take the lead in terms of what she desired from Callum but I think that was because he was her employer and a romance between them had many forbidden nuances. Also, she was living the life in Colorado and caring for two adorable girls that she enjoyed, I would not have wanted to rock the boat either.*** There were rather dramatic moments in this story that I could have lived without but those were actually few and far between. I wish that the pacing had been a bit faster, I felt like the story slowed down a bit in the middle with the cat and mouse games between Callum and Londyn. This romance was also a slower build than I typically like. Thankfully, it was told from alternating points of view. That helped a lot in that I was able to know what Callum was thinking and desiring, otherwise I might have been bored. Which I absolutely was not. Hearts Abroad was a very nice romance between two memorable characters with the added bonus of two sweet little girls. This was truly a fun read!*** This review is based on a complimentary book I received from Author, Skye McNeil. It is an honest and voluntary review. The complimentary receipt of it in no way affected my review or rating.

    Loved it

Skye McNeil is a new author to me and I have no idea why that is. I was engrossed from the first to the last chapter and frankly was disappointed when it ended. This was a fun, light hearted romance that had me smiling throughout my read. Callum Archer is a single dad who hires Londyn Bellerose to be his children’s nanny for the summer. What will happen when Londyn’s sunny personality and joy of life gets to the British millionaire? Callum is rather dour and serious all the time and yet there is something about the vibrant woman that attracts him. He is detached from his children and Londyn make it her business to bring them together. Londyn is feisty and sassy and everything that Callum dislikes and she is not afraid to speak her mind when the occasion calls for it. Frankly I loved her personality and the banter between her and Callum made for some funny moments throughout. Callum's children nearly stole the book on occasion; it just left me with a happy feeling when I finished the book. If your looking for a fun, romantic light read then this may well be the one for you
