  • Faith’s family were evil personified

How anyone can be so cruel to their own flesh and blood or, to anyone for that matter, is beyond comprehension. They were a truly dysfunctional family no doubt about it. I can’t help but wonder why on earth she didn’t learn from her mistakes as she got older, instead of going from one tragic relationship to another, but who knows how any of us would react given the same circumstances. She is clearly an intelligent woman who came good in the end which I was pleased about after she’d had such a bad start in life. A real page turner but upsetting at the same time.

    Thanks for your feedback!
