  • Great Read. Even better than the first

A fantastic read. The author keeps all of the wonderful story telling from the first book with marked improvements in writing style. The adventure is exiting and engaging, with enough seriousness to hold the attention of seasoned fantasy readers while still maintaining a light-hearted, whimsical feel. A wonderful installment to what is shaping up to be a riveting series.

  • Bakkian Chronicles Book 2

Worth reading. Keeps the story moving along and doesn't let it get long and drawn out where you can figure out what is going to happen.

  • Interesting, imaginative , creative.

My heading pretty much says it all.....so now the criticism...recurring and repetitive character conversations....needless explanations for actions taken or soon to be taken.....proofreaders missing a lot of errors, which unfortunately I found a bit distracting....... Bottom line ......you will not be disappointed buying this series.....well worth the investment......:-)

  • Excellent trip to magical world of Lentari

The story continues as Sarah and Steve, a couple from our world, return to Lentari. There, the are known as the Nohrin, named from prophecy as the protectors of the Prince of Lentari. Steve gets a cryptic message from his magical sword gifted to him (& 2 others) from the Dwarven Council. They must return to help the royal family once again, but Mikal, the prince of Lentari and Steve and Sarah's "foster child", must remain in our world for his safety. The Nohrin use their strong jhorun (all humans develop a jhorun - Some kind of magical ability - in Lentari)
