  • 5 stars - highly recommend to everyone

    This was a wonderful and easy read. I've finally got a plan I have confidence in to lose the weight with science behind it. Well done to this distinguished health care professional for shedding light on what has been such a challenge for me (and I'm sure millions more) for many years. I hope everyone else goes on to read and learn from this wonderful book, as I did. 5 stars.

  • Simple and engaging weight loss book

    I like the approach in this book and have found it easy to follow so far. Book is easy to read and engaging. Would have liked more information on how to actually do the weight loss and weight management months and less info on other lifestyle aspects but do agree that psychological factors and overall wellbeing can play a large part in weight loss so maybe those parts are important. The recipes are a little hit and miss. The ones I've tried so far have been delicious but had to modify the quantities and cooking times a little to get them to work well.

  • Great Weight Loss Strategy

    This book is easy to read and very engaging. It not only contains a weight loss method that makes sense, it’s full of useful nutritional information which means I can use this book as a reference guide, making it very good value for money. The weight loss strategy in this book is sustainable, because I don’t have to starve myself, and it really works - I’ve lost weigh already!

  • Highly recommend this book

    Interval Weight Loss is the book I've been looking for for a while. A lasting approach to weight loss! I've looked into a number of fad diets and always with the same result. I lost the weight quickly but couldn't sustain it and ultimately put it back on and then some. The method and tips described in Dr Nicks book are backed by years of scientific proof (I've checked) and I have no doubt that with a little dedication, I will have lasting results. Great easy read with quality information and some delicious recipes.

  • A must read for weight loss backed by science

    This is a wonderful and easy read - all my friends have been following this and I decided to join the bandwagon. All the science is easy to understand and putting the plan into place is even easier. Dr Fuller makes clear sense with this message. My girlfriends and I have started an Interval Weight Loss group. We also check in occasionally to report on our progress on the Dr Nick Fuller Interval Weight Loss Facebook page, and I also just signed up to be a patient for his TV show :)
